TRES CASAS

Enjoy a relaxing and fun getaway with this unique gem on Lake LBJ. This unique property is spread over almost one acre allowing plenty of room for kids to run and play.  As the name implies, there are three casitas on the property.

Casita #1 has two bedrooms and two full baths, along with a quaint patio to enjoy the view of the beautiful property and lake.  It includes a large kitchen area perfect for cooking, along with a large dining room table that can seat up to eight people.  The kitchen opens up to a very comfortable living room, containing a large sectional and loungers (perfect for your afternoon naps).  The home is outfitted with DirectTv as well.

Casita #2 is open, inviting and houses a king bed, along with a daybed and trundle.  This bungalow also has a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave.  There is also a full bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower.

Casita #3 is backs up to the lake. This space includes a king size bed, a roll away twin bed, along with a full bath. It is cute and comfortable and close to all the fun.

This property has a beautiful sprawling yard with large trees as well as a fire pit to cozy up next to on those cool, fall nights.  This is perfect for smores, storytelling, or just to have a nice evening cocktail.

Tres Casas is right next to the Nightengale Archeological center, which is open for tours on the second and fourth weekends of each month, and worth doing some research on if you are coming to visit. It contains some amazing history about the people that lived in the Highland Lakes area well before modern man.

Tres Casas has so much to offer, and we are just getting down to the lakefront!  This area includes a gazebo with table and chairs for lakeside relaxing.  The lower part of the double decker boat dock allows plenty of seating, a bar area, a gas grill and sink.  The lower level is a great place to hide out from the mid-day sun and enjoy the sounds of the lake.  It is equipped with fans to keep the breeze moving on those hot Texas summer days.  The large upper deck offers plenty of seating as well.  It is a great spot for sunbathing during the day and spectacular Hill Country sunsets in the evenings.

One boat lift is also available if you are hauling your toy to the lake with you this year.
