Kevin Fowler closes out Marble Falls concert series
The sun is setting on the 2025 Marble Falls Summer Concert Series, but not before Texas country star Kevin Fowler rocks the Johnson Park Amphitheater stage on Aug. 8.
The free show at the park, 230 Avenue J South along Backbone Creek, opens with The Steel Belts at 7 p.m. followed by Fowler, who’s known for hits such as “100% Texan,” “Pound Sign,” and “Beer, Bait & Ammo,” to name a few.
Marble Falls’ 2025 concert season seems to have hit a high note, consistently drawing large crowds to the free Friday shows. Concert-goers typically arrive early, chairs in hand, to stake out a spot. Food trucks and drink vendors are often on site around 6 p.m., an hour before showtime. There’s not a bad seat in the house as Johnson Park offers tree-shaded grass, cool breezes off of the creek, and a wide-open viewing area. And get ready to move—dancing is encouraged in front of the stage.
