A Sprinkle of Holiday Twinkle in Marble Falls

Walkway of Lights in Marble Falls adds a dash of dazzle and a hearty helping of holiday cheer and color just before Thanksgiving. The longtime and much-loved Christmas lights display, which reflects off of Lake Marble Falls at Lakeside Park, beckons residents and travelers every year.

The 2025 display opens Nov. 21 and runs through Jan. 3. Admission is $2.

Walkway is more than just lights. Opening weekend features a new fun event: Jingle Jubilee. A vendor market sets up in nearby Johnson Park on Nov. 21 and 22. Get a jump on Christmas shopping and enjoy local entertainers and festive performances while you browse.

Also on Nov. 21, community carolers will lead shoppers over to Lakeside Park for the lighting of the Christmas display.

That Friday is also the first day of the Winter Ice Rink, which will set up next to Walkway of Lights. Tickets to the rink may be purchased in advance online or at the gate. The rink (with real ice!) is open through Jan. 3, weather permitting.

Here is the schedule of activities during Jingle Jubilee:

A stroll through the lighted wonderland is a $2 donation, which directly benefits the display. A host of holiday happenings are in store for Marble Falls throughout December, so check out the calendar.
