There’s joy in the journey: Running events in the Highland Lakes
While most dictionaries define a runner simply as “one who runs,” the motivation behind what makes one run is a bit more complex. Some people run for pure enjoyment (yes, they do!), some to improve their health, others because they like competition, and many because there is promise of beer or wine just over the finish line. Runners come from all walks of life, and, no matter the motivation, each will find a perfect fit in one or more of these fall running events taking place in the Highland Lakes in 2025.
